SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS
On May 7, 2024, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 9000 block of Stratford Place in reference to a disturbance. Upon arriving, the suspect involved was identified as Joseph Blanken.
Further investigation revealed he was on the property after being previously prohibited by the property owner.
"Joseph Blanken was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Criminal Trespass. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 15." - Constable Mark Herman
During his unwanted visit, he -allegedly- attempted to enter another person’s home without permission by hiring a locksmith to bypass a lock. He -allegedly- became verbally abusive and combative with representatives of the homeowner.
